We share the Roseville Area School District’s equity vision of an equitable and respectful learning environment for every student, family, and staff member regardless of: race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, ability, home or first language, religion, national origin, age, physical appearance.

Our Values

  • Equity: Support quality education and learning for all by intentionally focusing on those experiencing the greatest needs in our community. Eliminate educational disparities. Reflect the communities we serve.

  • Respect: Appreciate the unique qualities of our students, families, staff members, and community as a whole. Recognize that learning opportunities do not look the same for everyone. Support life-long learning. Sense of belonging. Serve as leaders who make everyone feel safe, welcome, and included.

  • Forward thinking: Seek out new ideas, welcome opportunities to change our approach, and challenge what we have always done.

What We Do

  • Fund district initiatives that eliminate opportunity gaps, enhance college and career readiness, and social emotional learning for all students. Provide additional support to the school district to fill gaps and emergency needs.

  • Award teacher grants to support projects that would otherwise go unfunded. Grants must align with our values and focus areas.

  • Build relationships with students, families, teachers, alumni, businesses, government leaders, and community organizations to broaden community support of Roseville Area Schools.

  • Fundraise and mobilize resources to support the ever-changing needs of our district.
